How to do Astral Projection with 5 Simple Steps!
Astral projection may be new to some people or others might have heard about it but do not know how to do astral projection. Astral projection is also known as OBE or out of body experience. It is the ability of an individual to separate his astral body to his physical body. At first, it might sound weird for some, but there are people who are really experienced in doing this.
Many are not aware that they had already experienced astral projection, since sometimes it happens while a person is unconscious. It is either while they were sleeping or they are terminally ill or have a near death experience. When our astral body leaves our physical body, it is said that the astral body travels in an astral plane where it is believed that angels and other spirits inhabit it.
But how can we astral project while we are conscious? Isn’t it much exciting if we are aware that we actually know how to do astral projection and that we have full control over it? There are actually a lot of ways and techniques you can try and master to become an expert in astral projection. Some are fairly easy but there are also some which are a bit complicated and dangerous, especially if you are not yet used to it.

But before I tell how it is done, it is imperative that you are ready for this, because if not, its either it will not be successful or you might put yourself in great danger. So I suggest that you only do this when your mind and body are both ready.
•The first step to achieve this is your ability to relax. In order for this to work and move on to the next step, you must fully relax your mind and body by lying down on your bed. Then beginning on your toes up to your face, tense each and every muscle on your body and then relax again. One sign that you have reached an adequate relaxation is when you feel that your body is getting heavier.
•Once it is achieved the next step is to control your breathing. To do this, breathed out slowly and make yourself feel the coming in to your body up to your lungs, then slowly breathe out slowly and feel it coming out of your body.
•Third step would be to switch your concentration on what you are feeling. If you feel like there is something heavy, close your eyes and try to see your astral self, floating and insubstantial. Just like a bird flying or a feather flowing lightly in the air.
•Now its getting more exciting, in the fourth step, this is the stage wherein people can see the location or room they are originally in. They can see the whole room including themselves lying in bed with eyes closed. You will be able to see purple light.
•And in the last step, try to concentrate on the light and mentally pull it slowly towards yourself. In this point in time, you should never let yourself fall asleep, because this is when you will actually feel you are floating and you can even look around to find your body still on the bed.
